Stéphanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Assistant from the High School of Namur, Belgium. She is fluent in French and English.
She has more than eight years of experience in Belgian enterprises as Administrative Assistant.
She has over ten years of experience in the Luxembourg fiduciary services industry where she provided administrative services to a portfolio of companies mainly composed of SOPARFI’s as Senior Corporate Assistant.
She provides support with the new clients´ acceptance process which includes all KYC matters, incorporations and liquidations of companies, transaction follow-up and corporate services including preparing minutes and convening general meetings and is involved in the day-to-day administration of these companies. She ensures each client company maintains good corporate governance and remains in compliance with all legal requirements.
