Irina Ferreira

Irina is an experienced Compliance officer with over 12 years experience in the corporate and trust services industry in Luxembourg in the field of Compliance and AML/CTF.

Before joining Circumference FS (Luxembourg) S.A. Irina was an AML audit manager in a Big 4 company. Prior to that she was Head of Compliance of a PSF, where she was responsible for a team of 3 Compliance and KYC officers.

Irina is a CSSF approved RC (“Responsable du Contrôle du respect des obligations AML/CFT”) and Compliance Officer.

Irina has been an active member of the Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers (ALCO) since 2014 and was a member and later Co-Chair of the Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg from 2017 to 2023.
