Marketa Stranska

Marketa holds a Business Academy degree with focus on Accounting, Business, Economics and Finance. Of Czech nationality and Luxembourgish by adoption she is fluent in Czech and English, with a strong working knowledge of Luxembourgish.

She brings more than twenty years of experience in the corporate and financial services sector. Before joining Circumference, Marketa held senior leadership roles at global financial services firms in Luxembourg, where she led capital markets and corporate solutions businesses across the Benelux region.

Her experience spans private debt, structured finance, and capital markets operations, giving her a strong practical understanding of regulated environments, cross-border service delivery, and operational transformation.

As Executive Director, Client Operations & Conducting Officer at Circumference FS Luxembourg, Marketa oversees operational leadership, governance, and client delivery. She leads the company’s operational and conduct framework, working closely with clients, boards, and internal teams to ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and consistently high service standards.

Marketa is a member of the company’s Management Team.
