Nisha Ramluckhun

Nisha holds a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Finance with Law from the University of Mauritius and is fully qualified from The Chartered Governance Institute UK. She is fluent in English and French.

Nisha has over 14 years of experience working with corporate service providers in Luxembourg and Mauritius.  She is an experienced corporate and legal professional specializing in Luxembourg Holding and Securitisation structures. She has extensive expertise in corporate administration, client onboarding, KYC and AML compliance, company incorporations, transaction documentation review, liquidations, and ongoing corporate governance matters.

Nisha works closely with international clients, legal advisers, financial institutions, and service providers, providing practical and focused solutions across a wide range of corporate and transaction-related matters.  She also plays a key role in client relationship management and team leadership, ensuring the efficient delivery of corporate services and regulatory compliance.
