Victoria is a Client Administrator on the client service team that provides an array of services for entities managed in Nevada. Working closely with the Relationship Manager who leads the office, she helps deliver responsive, tailored support to a diverse client base and contributes to the day-to-day operations of the team.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, which strengthened her research and problem-solving skills. While working in administrative and sales support in the automotive realm, she secured an internship in recruiting within the financial services sector. This experience gave her early exposure to the professional corporate environment, which led to a permanent role and marked her transition into the financial services space.
Victoria joined Circumference FS (USA) Inc., predecessor company, Wilmington Trust, in 2023. Prior to that, she held client-focused roles in both the legal and healthcare industries, including positions as a Case Manager in a paralegal capacity at a law firm and as an Account Executive at a medical staffing firm. She is known for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and consistent focus on client satisfaction.
