Carmel is responsible for managing a client service team that provides a full array of administrative and nexus services for numerous special purpose entities domiciled in the state of Nevada. She maintains a high level of client contact by serving as a corporate officer and director for her clients and attending Nevada company board meetings.
Carmel joined one of Circumference’s predecessor companies, Wilmington Trust, in 2023. Prior to that, she held corporate compliance roles in financial services, most recently as the corporate paralegal for a financial services company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. She also provided entity management services for two local firms in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Carmel holds a master’s in urban leadership from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also serves as the chapter coordinator the Project Linus West Clark County Chapter, an organization that collects and distributes handmade blankets for children in need.
