Camilla holds a diploma in Business and Environmental Law from the University of Applied Sciences, Trier, Germany. She is fluent in German, Polish and English.
She has more than eleven years of experience in the trust and fiduciary services industry specializing in real estate and securitisation companies in Luxembourg.
Camilla is responsible for all legal matters for a portfolio of securitisation and private equity companies. She manages the new clients’ acceptance process which includes all KYC matters, incorporations and liquidations of companies, transaction follow-up and corporate services including preparing minutes and convening general meetings and is involved in the day-to-day administration of these companies. She ensures each client company maintains good corporate governance and remains in compliance with all legal requirements.
