Germain holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the IAE of Nancy in France. He is fluent in
French (native tongue) and English.
Germain has over ten years of experience working in Luxembourg - six years as an auditor, mainly for
commercial companies, and four years as a financial accountant.
Germain provides administrative and accounting services to a diversified portfolio of companies,
comprised mainly of securitization vehicles. Germain is also responsible for monthly reporting,
preparation of financial statements as well as reviewing tax returns and liaising with external
auditors.
