Sylvie is originally from France. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Languages and Literature. She has also attended specialised courses related to Luxembourg corporate law along with secretarial management studies. She is fluent in English, French and Italian.
Sylvie provides support in the legal aspect of a portfolio for the securitisation companies. She assists with the new client´s acceptance process including KYC, incorporations and liquidations of these companies, transaction follow-up and corporate services including preparing minutes and convening general meetings. Sylvie also handles the Listing Agent role within the Company.
