Jane holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting degree from Glasgow University and received her Chartered Accountant certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), placing second in her final exams. She is also an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
Jane is a client director at Circumference FS (Cayman) Ltd (CFS). CFS provides director, trustee, registered office and related services to a variety of entities.
Jane has over twenty years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry, specializing in investment funds, holding companies, structured finance, captive insurance management, banking and liquidations, together with regulatory and compliance matters.
Jane is a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants. She is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, previously serving as Secretary, and has held the role of Treasurer for various non-profit organisations in the Cayman Islands. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
