Fabienne has ten years’ experience in the fiduciary services industry, managing the corporate aspects of a portfolio mainly composed of securitization vehicles. She is fluent in French and English, has good knowledge of Portuguese.
As Senior Corporate Officer, she provides support with the new client’s acceptance process, incorporations and liquidations of companies, transaction follow-up and corporate services including preparing minutes and convening general meetings. She is also involved in the day-to-day administration of these companies and ensures that each client company maintains good corporate governance and remains in compliance with all legal requirements.
