Helen has over thirty years of experience at senior and managerial level positions within the financial services industry both in the UK and Cayman Islands. She has qualifications from the Canadian Securities Institute, the Cayman Islands Bankers Association (Advanced Trust Course) and the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners.

Helen spent several years as manager of the oversight department in the UK responsible for pension administration of all civil servants up to and including ministerial level. She was the treasury officer for a class A Canadian bank in the Cayman Islands responsible for portfolio management of surplus liquidity investment, utilizing various derivative vehicles including total return swaps and also instrumental in the setting up of the Wilmington Trust office in the Cayman Islands in 2002, managing both the office and a portfolio of clients including a wide variety of client structures such as funds, trusts, structured finance vehicles, catastrophe bond entities and holding companies since that time.
