Bill is responsible for managing a client service team that provides administrative, financial statement preparation, and nexus services for numerous special purpose vehicles, many of which are Fortune 500 companies with situs in and outside of the state of Delaware. He maintains a high level of client contact by serving as director and corporate officer for his clients.
Bill also manages the charitable group that provides services for foundations and small public charities. He and his team work closely with nonprofit clients and their advisors to tailor the back office and corporate governance services that these organizations may require in order to comply with IRS regulations.
Bill has more than two decades of experience in the entity management services industry, specializing in managing day-to-day administration, financial statement preparation, audit, treasury and tax support, and nonprofit operations. Prior to re-joining a Circumference predecessor entity, Wilmington Trust, in 1996, Bill worked in the audit department of a public accounting firm where he audited both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Josephs University. He received his Certified Public Accounting license from the state of Pennsylvania. Bill is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
