Erin is responsible for the administrative functions of our Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) business in the United States, which provides directors, managers, and officers as well as administrative, accounting, and tax services for a wide variety of structured finance and securitization vehicles.
Erin joined one of Circumference’s predecessor companies, Wilmington Trust, in 2006, specializing in entity management services for numerous special purpose entities, many of which are Fortune 500 companies with situs in the state of Delaware. Earlier in her career, Erin spent 10 years with Bank of America/MBNA.
Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Delaware.
