Lisa is responsible for overseeing a tax team with a tax analyst, two Certified Public Accountants, and an IRS Enrolled Agent who specialize in the preparation and filing of the annual federal and state tax returns for various entity management clients. Clients in scope include trusts, partnerships and foundations used as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for equipment financing or leasing; solar, vehicle, stadium, and crowd funding; consumer lending; asset liquidation; and more.
Lisa has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Circumference FS (USA) Inc., predecessor company, Wilmington Trust, Lisa worked across the financial services industry supporting Tax Services for JPMorgan Chase, CitiBank, and Morgan Stanley. Prior to the financial services industry, Lisa worked as an attorney with Richards, Layton & Finger supporting Structured Finance and other areas of Business Law. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked at Wilmington Trust Company in Structured Finance.
Lisa holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Delaware.
