Ann is an experienced tax professional with a demonstrated history of working in the tax department of various multinational firms. As a senior tax associate and Assistant Vice President at Circumference FS (USA) Inc., she is a valued team member of the tax reporting and compliance function of the company.
Prior to joining Circumference predecessor company, Wilmington Trust, Ann held roles at Hudson’s Bay Company and BNY where she has experience in multiple areas of taxation, including tax planning, tax compliance, partnership investments, and tax examinations.
Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stony Brook University and a Master of Taxation from Pace University. She maintains an active Enrolled Agent license.
