Elizabeth is responsible for providing a full array of administrative and nexus services for numerous special purpose entities, many of which are Fortune 500 companies with situs in the state of Delaware. She maintains a high level of client contact by serving as a corporate officer for her clients and by attending Delaware company board meetings.
Elizabeth joined Wilmington Trust SP Services Inc., in 1991, specializing in corporate trust administration.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Goldey-Beacom College.
