Sylvie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Territory Planning/ Urbanism from the Université Paris X-Nanterre. She is fluent in French (native tongue) and English and Portuguese. She has a good knowledge of Spanish. When relocating to Luxembourg, she attended specialised courses related to Luxembourg Corporate Law.
Sylvie has over twelve years of experience in the trust and fiduciary services in Luxembourg, working on both soparfi and securitizations companies.
As Senior Legal Officer, she provides support with the new clients’ acceptance process which includes all KYC matters, incorporations and liquidations of companies, transaction follow-up and corporate services including preparing minutes and convening general meetings. She is also involved in the day-to-day administration of these companies and ensures that each client company maintains good corporate governance and remains in compliance with all legal requirements.
