Kisha is an experienced accounting professional who provides comprehensive financial services to a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily in the securities and loan sectors. Her responsibilities include monthly reporting, reconciliation, research, and analysis. In addition, she prepares financial statements and presents the results to the board of directors of the respective companies. Kisha coordinates with the internal tax team, external auditors, and other business partners to ensure all tasks are compliant with the laws and regulations applicable to the business line.
Prior to joining Circumference FS (USA) Inc., through its predecessor company, Wilmington Trust, Kisha has shown a strong dedication to providing excellent service to both internal and external clients. To deepen her industry knowledge, she earned the Corporate Trust Master Certification.
Kisha holds a master’s degree in business administration – concentration in finance, as well as a bachelor’s in degree in accounting and brings over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Circumference, Kisha was a Financial Analysis Manager at a utility company where she managed a diverse team of 6 professionals overseeing the Capital, Expense, Inventory, Procurement, Fleet and Administration departments.
